Hi Sally .. I’m still enjoying myself in spite of the lack of sunshine and bad ribs …. definitely give meditation a go … as a new years resolution, download the Headspace App. It’s only 10 minutes a day and really easy. You can have a 10 day intro for free .. give it a go … I am sure you’ll love it … Merry Xmas and happy New Year to you and the family. Cheers .. James xxx
