I went out for a surf this morning and head butted the reef when diving through a wave. I’ve just got back from the hospital … Loads of internal stitches and the doctor said it is too deep for the external stitches at the moment.

That looks painful what are you like! Ive just gad a weekend in the Isle of Wight pouring rain and mist walk on the beach then off to the pub rude not to hope the head better soon s xx

We just fancied getting away for a few days. Soon forget when back at home rushing around! Hows the head? How hot is it ? Very damp and dull here just recovering from the madness of black Friday xx
